1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Tottenham Wheels website and the purchase of alloy wheels, tyres and related services from us. By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Quotations and orders
All quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed only once we have accepted payment or taken a deposit and confirmed fitment details with you.
3. Fitment responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and wheel fitment information. We will check fitment to the best of our ability based on the details provided, but cannot be held liable for incorrect information supplied by the customer.
4. Delivery and fitting
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to stock availability and courier schedules. Fitting at our unit is by appointment only. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any damage within 24 hours.
5. Returns and refunds
Custom or special-order wheels are non-returnable unless faulty. Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days in original, unused condition. Refunds are issued once goods are received and inspected.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
